Small batch craft beer born out of lockdown in Berkshire.

Black Cat was the first beer recipe that we ever really nailed when we were home-brewing in the farmhouse. We have particularly hard water here in this part of the Thames Valley and the delicious dark, acidic malts give the perfect balance. The Cascade and Magnum hops keep you coming back for the next sip, while the late addition of Columbian coffee leaves a rich, but crisp finish.
