Fat Cat is a lightly carbonated DIPA, with a smooth, juicy body from the wide range of pale British malts rounded-off by the mild bitterness and heady aroma of copious New World hop additions. Citra and Cascade start the party, but Simcoe steals the show with succulent notes of passion fruit and pine.
