Everyone loves a little mince from time to time. A little swish of the hip, a slight sweet sashay, a certain somethin' in your strut like a spring day in Paris. Wrists absolutely limp, lashes aflutter.
 
Inspired by a few of our friends' West Coast-ish pales, this is a medium bitterness, well-rounded pale hopped with Riwaka and Nugget, it's reminiscent of famed American pale ales and boasts aromas of white grape, gooseberry, pine and citrus on a juicy malt base.
