FARM YARD BREW CO Dubbel Trouble - 8.5% Barrel Aged Belgian Dubbel

 Inspired by the classic Belgian Dubbel, this amber ale begins with specialty Flanders malts, laying a rich foundation of fig and banana bread. To add depth, we split the brew, maturing it in two distinct vessels: ex-bourbon casks for notes of vanilla and gentle heat, and ex-peated whisky barrels for an earthy, lingering smokiness. Finally, we reunited the two, blending them back together to create Dubbel Trouble. The result is a bold fusion where fruity Belgian esters and bourbon sweetness are perfectly grounded by a touch of Highland peat.
